At Appsuite, I worked on end-to-end product design for its B2B2C hospitality SaaS ecosystem, driving major updates across its dual-facing platforms. I orchestrated a comprehensive, fully responsive overhaul of the back-office CRM/CMS to optimize complex restaurant operations, while simultaneously engineering a scalable color system and streamlined ordering flow for the customer-facing storefront web app to simplify white-label client customizations.
Additionally, I created custom white-label designs for larger business clients, designed new features for legacy software versions, and worked on an internal web tool that digitized and automated provisioning, billing, and equipment purchase orders with the company's partners.
